We are thankful and pleased to announce that Riviera Decor has once again won in the Vision Magazine/International Window Coverings Expo (IWCE) Design Competition for 2019. This is our second year in a row to win this prestigious award. It is the “Academy Award” for the Interior Design and Custom Home Decor Industry, placing in the Curtains and Draperies category with a Second Place win. Previously, we scored a first-place win in 2018.

Design Challenges for the Outdoor Room
From the outset of the project, the challenge was to create a a luxurious family outdoor space that could withstand the harshest of all outdoor elements along the Texas Gulf Coast of extreme wind, sun and salt. The lovely porch with a beautiful view of the pool is the result!
To accomplish the goal, the outdoor cushions and pillows have designer touches with dressmaker details. We fabricated all our products to withstand the harshest of the outdoor elements. To ensure lasting quality, we selected all material from Sunbrella fabrics as well.
